About Lindsey
I am a military spouse, a mom of two, and a gal who personally understands the benefit of holistic (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational) health. I have a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Sciences- Nutrition from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (CO Native!), a Master of Science in Health Education from Mississippi University for Women, and a Master of Art in Professional Counseling from Sioux Falls Seminary.
I am passionate about whole-person wellness and I have continued my education receiving a certification in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, Intuitive Therapy for Eating Disorders, and Pilates. I have traveled the world, lived on three different continents, become a life-long learner, and found my way back to Colorado! I love finding margin in life and creating space to do all the things that I love- including volunteering at my kid’s schools, hosting bible study, Pilates (of course), and getting as much fresh air and sunshine as I can!
